At busy times, repeated manual searches can slow the front desk down. A unique member code gives reception a clear starting point for recording attendance.
Connected to the membership
DOT GYM supports an individual QR code and printed membership cards. Its attendance screen displays information such as the membership end date, attendance days and outstanding balance.
Before you start
Discuss scanners and device compatibility with the DOT team. Train reception to confirm the correct member before recording a check-in, and keep a name or phone search as a fallback for a forgotten card.
